The Temperature Head Transmitter Product of ANLYSUN developed at the Year 2006 was a two wire transmitter with a 4 to 20 mA analogue output. It has measurement input for resistance thermometers (RTD), thermocouples, resistance and voltage transmitters, settable using a PC for installation in a sensor head (Form B). Its performance satisfaction the technical data of E+H TMT181/182, in the meantime online configuration using PC are compatible with E+H eadWin2000 and E+H configuration kit.

The product adopts the design of low-power processor to reduce the system power consumption. The Software system adopts the software structure of intermittent working. This product adopted the design of micro-power processor to reduce the whole machine¡¯s power dissipation, the soft system adopted soft structure of intermittent working and designed the self-adaptive algorithm which can promote voltage and adjust dynamic weight that can effectively solve the key technological problem such as linear degree, stability and temperature drift etc.

In the aspect of hardware design, the ANLYSUN technical workers accurately design and calculate the structure and parameters of micro-transformers and analyses whole system with thermal system simulation after packaging.
